25.08.1994: Set up Zhixin Company Develop Co., Ltd in Tianjin development area.
18.04.1996: Build Tianjin Hengteer Machinery and Electric Co., Ltd.
From 12.02.1994-15.12.1999: Cooperated with Huntere Automatic Machinery Company in American and become the agent and the service center in China.
1997: Start to develop HSLH series pouring and cooling system and owned the new and practical patent of country.
2001: Bought rivet weld sub-factory of Tianjin power factory. At the same year, technically cooperated with Tokyu Co., Ltd in Japan to produce AMF series flaskless moulding line.
2002: Set up JV company Tianjin Hengteer Wire and Cable Co., Ltd with Hongkong holder.
04.07.2005: Bought 80 Mu land in Tianjin duty-free zone, and register Hengteer(Tianjin) Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. On 10.11.2008 it rename to Ziheng(Tianjin) Industry Co., Ltd and moved to No.60, Zhonghuan Xi Rd., Airport Economic Area, Tianjin, China.
2008: SSEC in India become our first abroad Agent and start developing international marketing which is the first company in this industry.
01.2013: Set up JV company BMD Foundry Technology GmbH, professional produce BMD series flask moulding machine and mouling line.
03.2014: BMD Foundry Technology GmbH sold AMS70.85 double station air-impulse moulding machine to Fagor in Spain. The efficiency is 220m/h.
03.2017: Ziheng(Tianjin) Industry Co., Ltd sold AMS81.63 air-impulse moulding machine to Guangjin casting-forging company in Guangdong. The efficiency is 80-120m/h.
